Human Resources Manager (interim)

Human Resources Manager (temporary role)  

The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team in London. This role will be offered on a temporary basis for 10 weeks starting on 4th July 2022. 

As a HR Manager with Clean Air Fund you would implement HR policies and procedures  and manage the recruitment process for all staff and consultant. You would provides specific advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR issues including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and Learning & Development. 

To be successful in this role you will have a Degree in a Human Resources related field and at least Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent. You have experience of providing an HR service to a multi-site operation in the development or philanthropic sectors. You have good working knowledge of current UK employment law and strong experience of providing a broad range of high quality HR advice and recruitment.
